Following on from my previous granny square cardigan – I’ve made another based on the pattern.
This time I used Noro Silk Garden Sock Yarn 241 .
I had a sample of Noro Silk Garden Sock Wool from my suppliers. It was an underweight ball (which is probably why it was a sample) so I needed to knit something that wasn’t too picky about the amount of wool required. I decided a scarf was in order, so I knitted an everlasting scarf that could be doubled up to make a cowl.
The pattern is available at the following website http://www.knitpurlhunter.com/shop/item.php?pid=65
Just finished my first pair of gloves.
Knitted in the round on 4 needles (Knitpro) with stripes and intarsia.
Knitted in Noro Silk Garden sock wool and Rowan Pure Wool 4ply, the pattern was for 2 shades of Noro but I think they have come out OK using a plain and a variegated wool. The pattern is also a Noro Pattern from the Noro Knits book.
